If you’re not satisfied with TalkTalk’s initial response, please ask to speak to a manager. If a manager is not available, they’ll try to contact you within three working days.

However, if you are still not satisfied after speaking to a manager, you can ask the manager to escalate your complaint to their CEO’s office. How do I access my TalkTalk account?

Your TalkTalk Account is an online billing and account management system. It is the best way to view your bills and get the most from your TalkTalk services.

On the TalkTalk website, you will see the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of the page. Simply click this to log in and view your personal account page.

The first time you use My Account you will need to complete the registration process. You will be asked for some details about your account to complete registration. During the registration process, you can choose whether you would like to receive online or paper billing.
