How do I track my royal mail delivery?

If the item is listed as ‘delivered’ but doesn’t appear to have been, there may be an obvious reason and solution. You can call Royal Mail for advice, or consult their online support.

How long does the first-class post take in the UK?

Royal Mail aims to deliver first-class post the next working day, including Saturdays. This does, however, depend on what time you post your item. If you post it after the last collection, then it will go into the next day collection. 

Also, the first-class post is not a guarantee. If you want assurance that your item will arrive the next day, you must pay for recorded delivery. In this case, you must send your item before 1 pm.
