Making a complaint

Created and wholly owned by Groupe Renault, RCI Banque SA is a French bank specialising in automotive financings and services. In the UK, RCI Financial Services was formed in July 2007, when Nissan Finance and Renault Finance merged to create RCI Financial Services.
Withdrawing from Renault Finance Agreement
As a Renault Finance customer, you do have the right to withdraw from the Finance Agreement. This usually involves paying a Renault car finance settlement figure.
If this applies to you, there are some important terms and conditions to be aware of:
- You can only exercise your Right to Withdraw if you have either a Personal Contract Purchase, Hire Purchase or Lease Purchase Finance Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Please refer to your copy of the Finance Agreement.
- The Right to Withdraw starts on the date of your Finance Agreement and ends after 14 calendar days.
- You are required to repay the amount of credit to Renault car Finance (plus daily interest charge), as detailed in your Finance Agreement. This must be repaid within 30 calendar days from the day after you give your notice to withdraw.
- If your Finance Agreement was subject to a deposit contribution you may need to repay this.
- Right of Withdrawal from the Finance Agreement does not entitle you to withdraw from the purchase of the vehicle.
- Only a Finance Agreement holder can exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
- Once you have completed the Right of Withdrawal, you will no longer be covered by the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
