Refund Policy

If you find the service offered by to be unsatisfactory, then we would welcome you to request a full refund. Providing the call made was in the last 30 days and you have evidence of the call in the form of a phone bill.

Refunds will be made at the standard rate of 7p per minute and will be processed via email. Please contact with details of your call and include the following:

– Your name and telephone number
– Your Address
– A copy of the call entry on your phone bill
– The time and date of the call
– The number you dialled

All refunds will be made by cheque in the name of the telephone bill account holder and will be processed within 14 days of your claim.
